SXSW Interactive 2010 - Fitness for Geeks!

On Friday March 12 2010, I travelled to Austin TX for the 2010 SXSW Interactive Conference.

What was a Fitness Trainer doing at a technology conference?

Co-presenting a talk on fitness for geeks of course!

Along with Wesley Hodgson of somnambulant.net, we talked Cycling (Wesley) and Strength Training (Me) with a group of conference participants. I made sure to demonstrate the posterior-chain-strengthening benefits of the kettlebell to those who spend a lot of time at the computer, and as I was to also discover, tweeting etc on the iPhone : )
