A simple gym, at home in any apartment!

Obviously, apartment living does not often allow us to house a lifting platform, squat rack or pullup station. If we wish to use these, we must visit the gym. The strength and conditioning benefits of the kettlebell can be easily experienced at home by simply setting up a small rubber mat to protect the floor.

Imagine how many more consistent workouts you could get if your second-gym was right there in your living-room, easily tucked away afterwards when it's time to watch The Office : )
