The stretch that keeps on giving!

I would like to take a moment to introduce you to an amazing stretch. This stretch helped me go from a 2/3 to a 3/3 on the Functional Movement Screen.

What does this mean?

It means that in only one-month, I increased my upper-spine (thoracic) mobility to a level it has not been at since I was a very young child. The major added bonus is that my low-back no longer has to take the extra strain when I lift weight overhead. As a huge proponent of the Overhead Press, this is pure gold!

For anyone who spends any time sitting (driving, computer, TV), this stretch can be a real life-saver. Ignoring poor T-Spine mobility is a recipe for disaster down the road, with low-back pain, upper-back pain, shoulder pain and immobility and the dreaded "dowagers hump".
